How to structure the program
You can "consume" the treatments and the contents of the online course in your own pace but we highly recommend to watch and read the contents of the online course first and pick a week where you feel ready to implement the new routines. In this week we recommend you to "consume" all treatments to create a week of deep cleansing and reconnection to self.
Our recommendation would look like this:
Monday - come in for the Kaash Foot Massage treatment and incorporate the daily routine plus start the Ayurvedic diet
Tuesday - come in again for the Kaash Foot Massage treatment and continue the daily routine and Ayurvedic diet
Wednesday - continue the daily routine and Ayurvedic diet
Thursday - come in for the Face Multi Reflexology - Dien Chan Zone treatment and continue the daily routine and Ayurvedic diet
Friday - come in for the Kaash Foot Massage treatment and continue the daily routine and Ayurvedic diet
Saturday and Sunday - continue the daily routine and Ayurvedic diet
